True North Home Inspection operates a drone to inspect roof systems, second story elevations and any high work. This improves visual access to every aspect of the roof(s); roof coverings, structures, chimneys, venting, roof penetration flashing, gutters, eves, etc. This also eliminates any potential damage from placing a ladder in multiple locations against the roof(s) and walking on the surface.
Kyle is a registered FAA certified, licensed and insured drone pilot. He is also registered and licensed with MNDOT. These certifications are required by the Federal Aviation Administration for any commercial use.
Our Mavic Pro 2 drone is equipped with a 20 megapixel 1" sensor Hasselblad camera. It captures amazing images in high definition, which gives us the ability to zoom in without losing pixelation to observe in clear detail.
