SAFETY PROTOCOL

Safety for ALL parties – Seller, Buyer, Inspector and their families – is our 1st priority!

If the Inspector is feeling any signs of illness, the inspector will discuss possible rescheduling

Half of the allotted inspection time is spent on the exterior.

While inspecting the interior of the home the Inspector must access the attic, crawl space and all rooms. To insure this is done as safely as possible, the Inspector:

Removes boots and wears clean indoor footwear
Wears Nitrile gloves
Wears N95 face mask
Uses Clorox wipes

These safety protocols have been followed by True North Home Inspection since its start of operations. Kyle’s wife, Cherie, has managed a diagnosis of Multiple Sclerosis for 25 years. She has been on immune suppressing drug therapy for the past 10 years.

We are and have been extremely aware of the importance of the health of our community.
